To complete a section, you must work all the way through it and pass the knowledge check at the end with an 80% or higher. If not passed, the quiz may be retaken once, after which point the section will start over for review.
If you have worked through the section, passed the knowledge check, and the course is still not marked as complete, you can manually go to your transcript to mark it as complete by following these directions:
- Go to the welcome page
- Click on the menu button in the top right-hand corner
- Select My Profile
- Select Transcript
- Find the course you have completed
- Select the arrow to the right of the training
- Select Mark as Complete
