You need to complete the coursework in order. If you don't finish a Section successfully, you cannot move to the next Section.
To finish a Section successfully, you must:
- Review and complete all interactive slides in the Section
- Pass the knowledge checks at the end with a score of 80% or higher
You can work on the interactive slides at any time during the Section. If you don't pass the knowledge check, you must retake the quiz. You have 2 attempts to pass the quiz. If you fail twice, the Section will reset, and you must start over before trying the quiz again.
Extra tips:
- Close the course window when you are not using it. If you leave it idle, your session may time out, and you could lose your progress.
- Do not have the section open in more than one window or on different devices.
- Try a different browser if you are using Google Chrome.
But What If You Passed the Quiz?:
If you think you passed the quiz with a score of 80% or higher, but the course isn’t moving you to the next section, please try the quiz again. This time, take a screenshot of your score at the end. If you pass again but still cannot move on, please send the screenshot to our staff in a new support ticket and we will help you.
