If you would like to change your password, you can do so in 1 of the 2 following ways:
When You Are Logging Into The Learning Portal
- On the Log In Page, click on "Forgot password?"

- This will take you to the "Forgot password?" page. Enter in the email address you used to register for the eCourse.

- Confirm that you are not a robot and click submit.

- Your request to change your password has been received by the Team and will be reviewed quickly. If your account is active and the email address was confirmed, a password reset email will be sent to the email address we have on file in a few moments. Click OK.

- The email you receive will look like the following. You will need to click on the "HERE" link within 48 hours to go to the reset password page. If you don't, you will need to start the process over again.

- On the reset password page, enter your new password in the text field. Reconfirm it and then click submit.

- You will be redirected to the login page, where you can enter your email, a new password, and click Log In.

When You Are Currently Logged Into The Learning Portal
- Select the navigation menu icon (the 3 bars) in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

- Select My Account.

- Select the Options button in the top right-hand corner of the preference window.

- Select Change Password.

- A Change Password pop-up window will appear.

- Enter your current password.

- Determine your new password following the rules outlined. The new password must match the following criteria: * Passwords must contain both upper and lower case letters.
* Passwords must contain alpha and numeric characters.
* Passwords cannot be the same as the previous 3 passwords.
* Passwords must be 10 - 20 characters.
* Passwords cannot have leading or trailing spaces.
* Passwords cannot be the same as the Username, User ID, or email address.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again.

- Select Save. The next time you log in, you will use the new password you have set. It is important to take a moment to resave the new password in any password keeper or browser, so it will not cause future issues for you.
