Whether you can teach Rent Well at another agency depends on the relationship that agency has with Rent Well and the capacity in which you would be teaching. If the other agency is already an affiliated Community Agency Partner (CAP), then yes, you may teach there by simply signing an additional Rent Well Instructor Agreement that links you to that CAP.

If the agency is not an affiliated CAP, the answer depends on the role you would be taking on.

  • If you plan to teach Rent Well as an employee, volunteer, or representative of that second agency, then the agency must become an official CAP before any courses can be offered under its name.
  • However, if you are teaching at the second location as an extension of your current role with your existing CAP agency, and you are using that agency solely for space, co-location, or through an official sister-agency partnership, then the second agency does not need to become an affiliated CAP. In those cases, you remain fully covered under your original agency’s CAP agreement.
