Once a graduate has applied to your rental, you can go to the Rent Well website and search the active graduates. If the graduate had received a Rent Well certificate in the last 18 months, their information will populate. The system will confirm if that individual is eligible for the Rent Guarantee Program associated with the tenant education course. It will also inform you whether or not an individual has accessed the guarantee before and thus would be ineligible to have it registered again.
