A tenant can begin the registration process for the guarantee. However, the provider/landlord agreement needs to be signed by the landlord and the Rent Well Program.
If the tenant starts the registration for the guarantee, they can submit all the other necessary paperwork, and then it will flag the Rent Well team to reach out to you directly to complete the agreement.
