Oregon Housing and Community Services provides the funding for the Rent Guarantee Program. Because this is Oregon State money, the funds need to stay within the state of Oregon. Therefore, a graduate can move anywhere in the state and have this guarantee follow them. However, they cannot move across the state lines and expect to register the guarantee.
