The Rent Guarantee Program works with any rental units where the individual rents the physical dwelling unit itself. Therefore, this program works with apartments, single-family homes, duplexes, SROs, rooms for rent in private homes, ADUs, mobile homes, houseboats, and more.
The only situation that was denied in the past is when an individual owned a mobile home but was renting a space in a mobile home park. Because it wasn't the dwelling unit itself, the guarantee could not be registered.
