Since 2017, when the statewide Rent Guarantee Program was established, there have been over 2,400 graduates. Of those graduates, only six of their landlords have reached out to request a payment.
Prior to the statewide guarantee, there were also countywide guarantees. Based on the information from the state and county guarantees, less than 1% of our graduates have ever needed to have their landlords request a payout.
