The fee for classes varies depending on funding sources. The Rent Well program works hard to provide these courses with as little cost to the students as possible. It costs upwards of $90.00 per student to go through the eCourse. Depending on what funding is available to supplement that cost, it may be passed on to students either fully or partially.
If you are interested in taking an in-person or Zoom class, it is important to know that some of the community partner agencies that offer those classes may have limited funding. Some agencies may choose to open courses up to the general public, but they are allowed to charge a fee for that if they do not have any grant funding opportunities that would cover the cost of the class. Community partners cannot charge more than $60.00 per student if they are going to charge.
