The Rent Guarantee Program is a financial incentive program provided by the state of Oregon which allows eligible graduates of Rent Well to have access to a potential fund if they leave or are asked to leave their tenancy within the first 12 months and there are any damages, past due rent, or eviction costs. Because the funding is specific to Oregon, the fund has to stay within the state. Therefore, a graduate can register the guarantee anywhere in the state but cannot register it outside of the state of Oregon.
