The Rent Well program keeps records of any payouts to past landlords for seven years. Also, at the time of the payout, a letter is sent to the tenant via mail to inform the tenant that some or all of the guarantee has been used. This letter is a document for the tenant's records in case they ever need it. If an individual never received that letter or has lost the letter, they can reach out to the Rent Well program to supply them with a copy of it.
