Rent Well graduates will receive a certificate of completion, which is often paired with a Landlord Incentive Fund. A Landlord Incentive Fund is an umbrella term that we use for a financial backing program like the Rent Guarantee Program or Landlord Guarantee Fund. These funds provide landlords with an assurance that if they choose to rent to an eligible Rent Well graduate and the graduate leaves their rental unit within the first year and owes unpaid rent, damages, or legal fees beyond what the security deposit covers, that the program will pay up to a certain amount beyond the security deposit to the landlord.
