Rent Well is an in-depth 15-hour tenant education course for low-income Oregon & Washington residents. The course aims to help tenants and future tenants develop skills to navigate the rental process successfully.
Topics include budgeting, tenant rights, landlord expectations, the application process, overcoming denials, effective communication, maintaining a rental unit, and preparing to move in or out. Graduates of the program will leave with an impressive housing portfolio and a certificate tied to a landlord incentive fund*. Note: fund eligibility is based on your location.
